Acknowledging Rules on Maps

To acknowledge an alarm (rule on map):

1       From the View menu, select Alarm Log OR click the Alarm Log icon on the Menu Toolbar.

2       Right-click on the alarm you want to acknowledge.

3       Select an action to perform:

•       Mark as Alarm - To mark as a real alarm.

•       Mark as False Alarm - To mark as a false alarm.

•       Mark as Real Actionable - To mark as a real alarm that requires action, for example, security staff should investigate the alarm.
