Access -> Guard Tour Adding Guards to a Guard Tour

  • Click on Access, Guard Tour to access the Guard Tour Module.
  • Highlight the desired tour located in the Guard Tours Started Column. Once the correct Guard Tour has been highlighted select the Guard icon to select from the list of available Guards. Note: If the card holder does not appear in the list of available Guards please see help section Adding Card Holders as Guards.
  • Select the Guard to be designated to the highlighted tour and click on the green check mark to accept and save the selection.
  • Once the Guard has been selected, the Guards name will appear in the selected Guard Tour.
