Issue: Some sites may experience an issue while using the Axis A1001 in which upon the presentation of a card, a different card number appears. This card number does not match the card number on the physical card. Please attempt the following:

  1. Check the card format. Ensure that the card format is proper and the same as the other controllers (if any).
  2. Swap the Data 0 and Data 1 cables.
