Hardware Manager Cascade Settings to Child Node Each Hardware level located in the Hardware Tree can be configured with System Partitioning. When configuration has been completed, the operator can choose to propagate the changes automatically to all sub-devices or only to the device in which the changes were made. If this option is used from the Access Control Driver level, all changes applied to the driver will be cascaded to all sub-controllers and device points. If this option is done from the sub-controller level all door contacts, REX (Request to Exit), door strikes, monitor points and control points will be affected.
