Set Up Alarm Notifications and Alarm Timeline Colors in Client Interface

This tab lets you configure how alarms can be made more noticeable through popups and color selections in the timeline.

 

Client Settings

 

How to Access

1.      Click the Settings icon and select Settings. The Symphony Client Settings dialog box opens with the Startup tab active.

2.      Click the Alarms tab.

 

Alarm Notification

 

Allows you to specify if a dialog box should pop up after an alarm (Rule broken) occurs and whether a client operator needs to acknowledge a displayed alarm window (click OK required).

 

Alarm Box Color on Timeline/Show rule alarms in Alarm Log

 

Allows you to customize alarm colours displayed in the Timeline, and what alarms to show in the Alarm Log by Rule.

By default, all alarms will create a Red Dot in the Timeline, and all Rules that are broken will appear in the Alarm Log.

By customizing the Timeline, it is easier to locate specific events.

You can configure what color each Rule should represent in the Timeline.
