Symphony services need to be running as the user who has access to the specified folder. Usually the services run as ‘Local System’ user.
In a multi-server farm designate a single shared location, rather than a local location for each server and ensure that the services have write permissions.
If the storage path is the local computer, you can allow users to store the report on the local computer.
In most cases you will NOT have permission to save reports to network storage locations. Your administrator will have designated a single shared location or you will be allowed to store the report on your local computer.
