Configure overload protection

You can configure a Symphony Server to move cameras to another server when the CPU load grows too great.

1. In the server configuration interface, click Settings > Servers.
2. Select a server.
3. Click Overload Protection.
4. Select whether to move cameras to a different server when the CPU load is too high.
5. Select whether to use redundant servers.
6. Set the CPU threshold (in percent).
7. Set the polling frequency (in seconds).
8. Set the maximum number of cameras to move to the new server.
9. Click Save.
