Sometimes you can successfully connect and register an AIRA Server, but video does not play (live or playback). This can be caused by a Firewall blocking the necessary ports to receive video, or possibly a Service responsible for live or recorded video has stopped.
If other cameras are playing video, then it is not a Firewall issue. It is likely that a Service is not running. Check the Services and start the appropriate Service. If your Service does not start, contact Aimetis.
If no video is playing, it could be caused by the all Services stopped, or a Firewall issue. Check to see if live video works from AIRA Explorer LOCALLY on the server PC (AIRA Explorer is installed by default on the server PC). If video plays normally from the Server, it is likely a network connectivity issue.
