With the Messenger tool, you can send messages to any user or user group in the system. Anyone who is logged in will see this message as a popup in Symphony Client or at the top of an internet browser page.
1. In Symphony client, click the Settings icon and select Messenger. The Messenger dialog box opens.
2. Select the users or groups to send the message to.
3. Enter your message in the message box and click Send.
